Why I am making this
While this game is in it's final stages I thought I should share how awesome the game Dev community has been with my journey making my first game! So a bit about me, I've been an animator for broadcast and advertisement for 5 years now, but something that I never liked is how much effort you put in, for someone to watch it for 15 seconds and it's forgotten about. I wanted to make something that people could enjoy over and over again. My favourite playstation 1 game is Thrasher skate and destroy and originally I wanted to just make levels that you could imagine being in the game. But I started to tinker around with making my own character and creating all the blueprints. Luckily I knew of nodes through using blender but blueprints were on a whole different level. The community have been so helpful answering all my n00b questions. I want to give a huge thanks to Marcis for his help with the retro ps1 pack, Bakimbo for answering all my ps1 style questions, and Pearlslugs for answering my many questions on blue prints!
